Nestled in our backyard, right in the middle of some of LA's most famous streets (Melrose, Beverly, LaBrea, Fairfax) is our artistic 375 sqft detached studio with a private, gated entrance and a private outdoor patio. The newly-built space is filled with charm, character, and high-end touches. It's been a favorite retreat for our Industry friends while visiting LA, and now it could be the perfect place for your photoshoot, a film location, lead a yoga class, or just get away for a minute.
