If you're looking for Stunning Natural Light, you have found the place. This new loft space is now available for rent in Manhattan. It is south facing and has three sides of windows! One window to the east, six windows facing south, and two windows facing west, which ensures there is beautiful light all day long. The studio is 1030 rentable sq ft. (about 850 usable sq ft.) and feels open and spacious. It comes furnished with a rotating selection of designer furniture and items for styling at no additional cost. Located in the center of the city, the space works incredibly well for showrooms and events. It is also great for workshops, yoga, and meditation classes as the energy in the space is very creative and inspiring. It can be used for pop-up events, meetings, networking, retreats, workshops, photo or video shoots. The space includes: - Backdrop stands (upon advance request) - Seemless paper (upon advance request) - Clamps - Sandbags - Wardrobe rack - Profesional steamer - Screen - 2 folding tables - 2 nice white tables - 1 high table matches the white tables - Sonos Bluetooth speaker - Air conditioner - Wifi - AV cart - Mini fridge - Coffee maker and kettle - Please note there is not a sink within the space Extended tables and chair setups, as pictured in the photos with the flower arrangements, can also be provided. There is a service elevator that runs 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday as well as general public elevators that service the building 24/7.
