You'll find us at Patty's Barn in rural Lancashire. A multipurpose venue with indoor and outdoor spaces for group and work gatherings and over 200 acres of outdoor space for your guests to rewild and restore. We offer ten 4-star cottages sleeping up to 54 people, and two wooden 3-person cabins sleeping an additional 6 people Our space is ideal for all kinds of events from corporate retreats and away days, to wellness gatherings or private parties and dining experiences. Our site would also be suitable for location and brand shoots and has a runway for any guests arriving by plane. We put our heart and soul into creating one-of-a-kind experiences for all that visit us and it's our aim that you leave feeling grounded, connected, and ready for action. Uniquely located directly on the sea wall with expansive panoramic views over the horizon of Morecambe Bay Estuary (SSSI) and 225 acres of private land to explore inland with woodlands, ponds and fishing lakes with a runway for any guests arriving by plane.
