The kitchen is connected to a brightly lit sunroom with custom automated shades, a 65-inch widescreen TV, a large warm and welcoming hug and a fireplace. The sunroom leads into the dining room which leads to the living room. Maeve has an amazing, effortless flow from space to space. The basement has a bedroom, fully furnished and stocked gym, laundry room, bathroom with jacuzzi tub, and a fully equipped and acoustically treated music studio. Any scratching or damage of the floor of any kind, resulting in the moving of furniture or equipment will result in a fee.
