A SPACE FOR Photoshoots, workshops, coworking, intimate weddings & events, pop-ups, video production, workspace, and so much more. Studio set-ups rotate throughout the year, and can be tailored to whatever your needs are. *Please note the production rate is only for simple photo/video shoots! EVENT rates START at $250/hr. (4 hour minimums on weekends - however please message us as we may be flexible depending on the bookings we have that weekend) **If you are filming sound, we can not always guarantee silence in our studio as there are other tenants in our building. Please message us before booking if you are recording sound. WE HAVE 1500+ sq ft. of creative space. 12 ft ceilings. Large north & east facing windows, full of natural light. Mix of industrial, cozy, vintage, and funky vibes. Might sound like a weird mix but you gotta see it. Your booking includes full use of our photography studio including any designed sets, furniture, decor, backdrops, wifi, and plug-in speaker. Die Gäste können ihre Buchung bis 90 Tage vor Beginn des Events stornieren und erhalten den vollen Buchungspreis (einschließlich aller Gebühren) zurück. Die Gäste können ihre Buchung zwischen 90 und 14 Tage vor Beginn des Events stornieren und erhalten 50 % des Buchungspreises (ohne Gebühren) zurück.
