Studio set-up can be tailored to whatever your needs are. *Event rates start at $250/hr (pricing + cleaning fee may differ depending on the day & time or type of event, so please message us for more details) *We usually do events until 1am. Anything after 1am is charged an after-hour rate of $450/hour. 4 hour minimum on weekends. Evening parties will require security at an additional cost. Food & drinks are allowed. For large parties with food & drinks, a cleaning fee of $200 will apply. If bringing in alcohol, you must apply for a SOP (Special Occasion Permit), and a bartender is required to serve (we can source one for you at an additional cost if needed) WE HAVE 1500+ sq ft. of creative space. 12 ft ceilings. Large north & east facing windows, full of natural light. Mix of industrial, cozy, vintage, and funky vibes. Might sound like a weird mix but you gotta see it. Your booking includes full use of our studio including any designed sets, furniture, decor, backdrops, wifi, and plug-in speaker.
