Great house for entertaining, parties or a small gathering. We have had it all! This 2 story house is know for the bright window lighting, simple decor and open feel. You will find abundant ambiance window light + recessed lighting, light fixtures, light wood flooring and neutral colors throughout. Our space is versatile with access to 2 Large Living rooms downstairs+ 1 bedroom downstairs, 4 bedroom upstairs with spacious kitchen and 2 dining areas. Colors inside the house are white + earth tones. Front yard is manicured with white flowers and grass year round + Beautiful porch with 2 large rocking chairs. Street has home only on one side of the street thus you can sit comfortable listening to the birds while relaxing on the front porch. Great for photo/video shots of outside house. House is great for entertaining outside as well with an outdoor dining table, couch styling patio seating, large grass area, hot tub + trampoline and don’t forget the Retractable outdoor patio cover for sunny Southern California days. Ideally it would serve a small gathering of people, thought we have hosted up to 30 guests. At night, you can view the Disney firework show from the master bedroom and city skylines across the Western shy. During the day you can see snowcap mountains and beautiful city views.
