Host your next meeting at a newly renovated historic home or come shoot at the only private studio in Brenham! Operated by a professional filmmaker and photographer. The property is located in Brenham, Texas centrally located between Houston and Austin on HW 290) The 560sqft studio features free three-point lighting with RGB LED backlighting to color the backdrop any color desired. The house features a completely furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath bnb on the property that can be used for hair and makeup, green room, and housing talent for an additional fee. The home can sleep 12. We have driveway parking for up to 5-6 cars and free parking on the street. Additional lighting and cameras, and crew, etc can be contracted.
