Our luxury studio is a 1000 sq. space with modern neutral design elements for content creation. Our lifestyle studio is located in the heart of Wynwood Art District and Midtown Miami. It is perfect for photographers, videographers, and influencers. Our studio rental features a minimalist living area, floor-to-ceiling windows, natural lighting, backdrops, an arch, stunning city, and water views, and much more! Our goal is to provide a clean, affordable space where creatives can bring their vision to life. Our East Facing Studio Has Stunning Natural Light All Throughout The Day. By booking this studio, you agree to comply with all the rules listed below. YOU MAY NOT MOVE permanent furniture (SOFA, RUG, PEDESTALS, COFFEE TABLE, ENTRYWAY TABLE, DINING TABLE, ARCH, and FAUX MANTLE) around for any reason to avoid bodily injuries, damages and booking schedule interruption. Please no standing or shoes on furniture. A $100 FEE will be charged via Peerspace if the furniture is moved from its original place after booking. ABSOLUTELY, NO FIRE, SMOKING, VAPING, INCENSE, ALCOHOL OR ILLEGAL DRUGS. NO CONFETTI, GLITTER, PAINT AND WEAPONS ARE ALLOWED. NO SHOES PERMITTED OR STANDING ON FURNITURE. NO FOOD OR DRINK IS ALLOWED ON OR NEAR FURNITURE. NO ANIMALS OR PETS. NO LOUD MUSIC NO BODY OILS.
