At the end of the public road on E. Sulphur Mt road just 18 minutes from Ojai is an electric gate serving just a few private properties, including this 52 acre, mountain top lot with unlimited views in all directions. No facilities but almost limitless possibilities. Portable bathrooms can be arranged as can generators and even a solar-power station on a trailer. (A caretaker lives nearby who can assist with all logistics.) Mostly, however, this flat, open space above Ojai is remarkable for the views from the Topa Topa Mountains and the Ojai Valley to the Channel Islands and the mountains of Malibu.
