We are a rare and unexpected space featuring a botanic garden in Brooklyn. Our space encompasses a total of 10,000 square feet, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor hours. Indoor shoot are enhanced by our sunlit warehouse space with 25ft ceilings and other architectural features that have made us a sought-after location for private and commercial shoots. Ultimately, the garden is the heart of our space, created as a quiet retreat among plants, birds, insects, and urban wildlife. A vibrant mix of perennials with flowering interest throughout the growing seasons embrace its two connected courtyards, creating a lush backdrop for photos and videos. Tucked in the back of our garden is a discreet wooden "treehouse", a unique location for your production. Our space was awarded the 2022 AIA New York Design Award Citation for Reclaiming Urban Space. Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in our very foundation, which uses original bricks and existing ceramic brick walls from the prior warehouse structure, and most of the interior wood is reclaimed. Available Spaces: ● The Garden - A vibrant mix of perennials with flowering interest throughout the growing seasons embrace two connected courtyards. Reclaimed water from the site is stored in a large underground tank and used to irrigate the garden. Accommodates up to 130 floating/100 seated. ADA accessible. ● The Warehouse - Our sun-drenched Warehouse boasts 25’ tall ceilings with skylights, an elevated DJ booth, custom cedar walls, an 8x8 pivot door leading out to the gardens, restrooms, and a private mezzanine lounge with a balcony. Accommodates up to 95 standing/65 seated at dining tables. ADA accessible (excluding DJ booth and mezzanine lounge/balcony). ● The Treehouse - Our discreet wooden "treehouse" is available as an add-on for any rental package. This space has a large window that opens onto the garden, and another that reveals a secret miniature garden. Accommodates up to 6. Limited access — not ADA accessible. ● Rose’s Room - A bright, airy private dining and catering area with a wall that opens to the garden. The kitchen prep area includes a sink, large commercial fridge, non-commercial dishwasher, countertops for food prep, and an ice machine. Accommodates up to 15. ADA accessible. ● Mosaic Corridor - Our floor-to-ceiling mosaic installation by Cristina Salas captivates visitors of all ages. ADA accessible. ● Mezzanine Lounge - This indoor private lounge overlooks the warehouse and offers seating for 3-4 people and a birds-eye view of the garden. Limited access. Our space is available for: indoor or outdoor weddings, cocktail parties, product showcases, brand activations, receptions. corporate meetings and retreats, networking events, and more. Outdoor catering permitted, in-house liqour packages are available.
