One-acre farmhouse with pool

Classic Craftsman Urban Farmhouse on beautiful 1.06 acres nestled away near the Leach Botanical Gardens. Picturesque natural setting w/ fruit trees, berries & firs. Beautiful golden wood floors, period moldings, 9ft ceiling on main floor. I just left working in film/production in Los Angeles to fix up this one acre farmhouse property. Since I'm familiar with the industry, I thought it might be nice to offer it up for small productions-- it's very worn and rundown here, but sometimes that's the vibe you need! The overgrown yard, hill, woods, and carport are the main areas that I expect to be booked for production, though the house is also available. There are furnished photos of the house and photos of what it looks like unfurnished, if you have the manpower to remove the furniture and/or bring in your own, we can discuss allowing that. For now, production sizes must remain nine people or less because we currently only have two toilets in the house to offer and they are on a septic system. If you are a larger production and can provide your own honeywagons, we can discuss. No overnight shoots, only available during hours of 7am-11pm.
