There are 4 Airbnb rooms with private baths sharing this estate home. There is also an airbnb rental cottage on the property & a full walk out private basement rental. Common areas are shared by ALL & includes use of only When available: kitchen, family room, dining room, foyer, foyer powder room, all outdoor areas & pool. Occasionally you will see myself, Brad maintaining the property or my 7 yr old son playing while we work.
