Fresh open floor plan open to the kitchen, eating, living room, keeping room and we have swings! Enjoy a moody bourbon room and beautiful custom natural oak office. We also have an open space meant for a gym/barre studio! The first floor space has lots of windows to allow in natural light. The space is great for kitchen use, family scenes and other bright and cheery at-home activities! Please look at the photos, we often switch the location of our furniture (which is an option for you too!) This space is available for: - photo/film shoots - content creation - vlogging - film shoots - commercials - etc Please reach out if you have any questions or are interested.
