Finished with understated interiors in natural shades, wooden furniture and just the right amount of color from the curated art and soft furnishings. Large windows offer lots of light and the modern finishing and marble countertops appear throughout the house for an added touch of luxury. The house has a beautiful open-plan kitchen and family room, as well as a separate living area and dining room with gas fireplace and a powder room. There is a separate TV room/study with ensuite bathroom that can be used for hair & makeup or a holding area for talent. The back yard has a dining area, swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit and lounge area. There is ample street parking and a park nearby for ease of production. The upper level of the house is private and off limits. Additional price negotiations may be required for large productions.
