Our approximately 3,670 sq. ft. Grand Room is the centerpiece of Aesthetic Studios and offers a spacious, elegant and highly adaptable setting for dance rehearsals, classes, workshops and special events. The room features expansive mirrors, professional flooring, a professional sound system, crystal chandelier, mirror ball, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and restroom access. The space can transition from an open rehearsal floor to a customized setting for birthdays, baby showers, bridal events, weddings, fundraisers, receptions, celebrations, social events, pop-ups and other gatherings. Outside food and catering may be permitted for approved private-event bookings. Food trucks and outdoor food-service setups may also be accommodated depending on the event and parking configuration. Alcohol, including BYOB or professionally served alcohol, may be permitted for approved event bookings subject to applicable law and any required permits or licenses. Tables, chairs, kitchen access and reserved parking are available depending on the booking and may require additional charges. STANDARD REHEARSAL VS. SPECIAL EVENT USE The displayed rate may apply to standard rehearsal-style uses such as dance rehearsals, practices, classes, workshops, training sessions and similar activities using the room substantially in its existing configuration. Private and special events involving food or beverage service, furniture setup, decorations, vendors, entertainment, event production or additional cleaning requirements may require different pricing and a cleaning fee beginning at $100. Please provide complete event details before booking so the correct Peerspace rate and fees can be applied. PRIVACY & FACILITY USE Booking the Grand Room does not automatically include exclusive use of the entire Aesthetic Studios facility. The Art and Beauty Rooms may operate simultaneously. When those rooms are in use, a discreet passage may be maintained along the furthest/back mirrored wall of the Grand Room, using professional dividers where appropriate, to allow access between the entrance, smaller rooms and restroom. Guests who require the Grand Room without this passage should reserve the Grand Room together with the Art and Beauty Rooms. Guests requiring complete facility privacy, including exclusive access to the common areas and kitchen, should inquire about the entire-facility production configuration.
