Our approximately 3,670 sq. ft. Grand Room provides a flexible Sherman Oaks location for film, television, photography, commercials, music videos, interviews, content creation, castings, auditions and other creative productions. The room offers an expansive open floor, large mirrors, professional flooring, professional sound, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, crystal chandelier and mirror ball, with additional rooms and support areas available depending on the production. Tables, chairs, kitchen access, reserved parking and other equipment or services may be arranged through Peerspace when available. For productions requiring complete privacy, the entire approximately 5,000 sq. ft. facility may be reserved at the applicable whole-facility production rate. Whole-facility bookings include kitchen access and exclusive use of the Studio's 17 assigned parking spaces. A separate nearby parking area of approximately 100 spaces may also be available for larger productions for an additional charge, subject to availability and time of day. Booking the Grand Room alone does not automatically provide exclusive use of the entire facility. Unless the appropriate exclusive configuration is reserved, other Studio rooms may remain operational and a discreet passage may be maintained along the rear mirrored wall for access to those rooms and the restroom. OVERTIME POLICY All setup, event/activity time, and cleanup must take place within your reserved booking time. Any time used before or after the confirmed reservation time will be considered overtime. Overtime will be charged at 1.5× the booked hourly rate in 30-minute increments, subject to space availability.
