This space has hosted a diversity of meeting styles and types that allow for collaboration, break outs and communal dining with an abundance of natural light in the day and elegant aesthetic touches throughout. Ideal for individuals, duos, groups or gatherings for indoor or outdoor hosting on the spacious pergola-covered deck. Guests will have access to the living area which includes a television equipped with the ability to cast from any device and swivel the television at a 90 degree angle to allow for a more wide audience viewing experience. A dining room with a uniquely created dining table from scrap wood to accommodate 8 guests comfortably. Up to 50 additional white chairs are available for use in the interior and exterior space at your discretion. In addition, a bright kitchen, flex space as well as the deck (which includes two 20" floor fans and folding white table). Wall space use is fully customizable to suit your event.
