West Village Loft with a Clubhouse Feel

This spacious loft is a sight to see in the West Village. It's the perfect space for lifestyle photography, UGC shoots, editorial photoshoots, filming interviews, TV shows and short films. We've hosted musicians, artists, athletes and worked with companies like Netflix, The Daily Show, Atlantic Records and more. This lofted apartment features exposed brick walls, a spiral staircase and mid-century modern furniture. The hallway opens up to the master bedroom with exposed wooden beams complimented by a large window that offers natural light throughout the entire day. The apartment is an end unit in a U-shaped building. Golden hour is stunning in the downstairs bedroom space. If you would like to move the furniture, please request this ahead of time and we will do this for you. There is another bedroom and half bath upstairs to film/shoot/or store photo equipment and have people hang out during filming on the first level. 2 bd, 1.5 baths. We do have two Neewer LED Lights, Specs: 45 watts, Color Temperature 2700k to 5500k, Dimmable. Please note, for productions that require the use of the elevator to move equipment (ie not being shot on iPhone or a small camera), a COA is required. This will be needed ahead of the production in order to obtain approval from the building prior to the shoot date. Thank you!
