Conveniently located just steps from Eden Park, the art museum, Krohn Conservatory, Gomez, and local shops and restaurants. The three-room space flows from one room to the next and can easily be reconfigured for popup shops, art shows, workshops, and meetings. It's currently setup as two sitting rooms with sofas, and a dining/conference space with a 6-person table. For large groups or workshops, use the large area between the two sitting rooms (by the blue curtain) to present, while attendees sit in the adjoining rooms with a clear view from both angles. The half bath can be used as a dressing rooms for clothing popups. Additional furniture can be added on to accommodate more tables and seating for larger groups. Rental includes a half-bath, and use of the fully equipped kitchen (serving only, no cooking allowed), a record player and records, a Google Nest 3-room speaker system, and 2 TVs with Chromecast for music, video, or presentations.
