There is no heat, air conditioning or plumbing. We provide a 900 square-foot green room/lounge with bathroom and mini fridge. There is one one window and one door opening in the back. Building is normally quiet, but is subject to occasional street noise. It is freestanding and there are no noise restrictions. Large room 50ft x 50ft w/4 skylights, steel trusses provide uninterrupted space. Exterior doors 6 ft X 3 ft. NO VEHICLES INSIDE. Double doors in front for easy load in for large equipment. Middle room 25ft x 30ft original brick walls painted & unpainted, steel bars on window opening. Back room 25ft x 25ft, cinderblock and original bricked-in doorway plus an original wooden rolling door with steel bars. NO VEHICLES INSIDE. Exterior doors 6ft x 3ft. Front have double doors for easy load in. There are minimal flood lights in the main room and middle room. Operating hours end at 11:30pm. Check-in and set up must be before sundown for safety concerns. Use of Blackbird Lofts roofdeck included in Warehouse rental.
