Welcome to CAM STUDIO's also known as CREATE And MEET Studios—a modern, lux-inspired creative space designed to bring your vision to life. 1200 sq feet with incredible natural light throughout the entire day. We have south facing windows allows for even light from 8am-5pm. 15 minuets from Laguna beach 8 min to Downtown San Juan Capistrano. Perfect location to capture both indoor studio and outdoor Lifestyle photos. The studio is perfect for video production, Branding sessions, boudoir, family, maternity, styled shoots, wedding and engagement sessions and mini sessions year round. the options are endless. We have built multiple sets with furniture and props that are easily interchangeable between sets. For an extra fee you can: - rent Pro Foto B10 Flash package ( roller stand / - rent continuous lights with light modifiers - paper backdrop 4 ft or 12ft Includes, wifi, heating, air conditioning and free parking with direct access to the studio. PLEASE READ RULES BEFORE BOOKING TO AVOID CANCELLATION AND EXPENSIVE ADDITIONAL FEES: STRICTLY NO STANDING ON OR ITEMS ON FURNITURE. A substantial cleaning fee or replacement fee will be added to booking for guests who stand on, dirty damage our furniture. STRICTLY NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO CANDLE BURNING, NO INCENSE in studio AND building, NO HAZE OR FOG MACHINE. STRICTLY NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI ALLOWED. No Exceptions READ THE HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING. FAILURE TO FOLLOW OUR RULES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE BOOKING CANCELLATION. Crews must respect the space and ensure ALL FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT is exactly how you found it. Please try and arrive on time to ensure a timely check out. *We do have camera's on the space to monitor: safety, arrival times + departure time, overtimes, extra charges and damages. We do not keep any footage unless Peerspace ask's for proof of the above.

CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is $35, PET FEE $50. although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
