This home is a very open and comfortable layout. It offers two baths and three separate dining spaces. Two located inside the home and the other on the back patio. It is a very large patio of approximately 500 ft.² adjacent to the private pool. There is a television on the back patio and the French doors flow open to the living room for the ultimate gathering experience. It is ideal for events such as: small business meetings, baby showers, wedding engagements, small birthday parties, photo shoots or just to get away for the family to enjoy your day by the pool. We supply an outdoor grill and all the supplies for it. Heating of the pool is an additional cost of $60 for the entire event.
