Fully-equipped boutique gym in Centennial

History of the space Our gym is exclusively for women, and it is very bold, strong, and full-equipped, unlike many other women-oriented gyms. We have been here since 2018, and have grown and expanded exponentially, both in size, staff, notoriety, and equipment. We work with clients with varying goals, all the way from injury recovery to competitive powerlifting. For renting purposes, we allow both males and females in the gym. Neighborhood details Our gym is in a bustling strip mall in a Denver suburb. There are other small businesses, and restaurants all around us, and we are minutes from the heart of the Denver Tech Center! Logistics Our gym is 2,100 square feet, and includes all the standard gym equipment, even 2 squat racks. Our gym is bold in color, with teal, grey, white, and black being the predominant colors. There is also a large group exercise room with a functioning garage door, an office, and a locker room area, with 2 bathrooms. All areas are accessible, except the office. If the office is needed, it can be arranged. There is plenty of parking lot parking available, and the Greenwood Village train stop is 1.5 miles away. There is a lockbox on the front door, and you will be given a custom code to get in. Once you are finished, please turn off all the lights and speakers (if used), lock the door, replace the key in the lockbox, and scramble the code. Special rates associated with booking the space We do offer a 10% discount for those who promote our space on either TikTok, Facebook, and/or Instagram with either an in-feed post, or an in-feed reel, or a TikTok video. Contact for more details. Information about past bookings We are new to Peerspace, but we have had many different bookings. Photographers love our space because of the natural light, cleanliness, openness, and bold colors. We have also rented our gym for physical therapists, chiropractors, occupational therapists, massage therapists, and doctors to hold workshops. Personal trainers also love using our space to train their clients!
