Studio personnel reserve the right to deny access if they feel unsafe or the pet shows signs of aggression. No refunds will be issued in such cases. STUDIO STAFF: Our studio personnel are available to assist with your arrival, including the use of the freight elevator, furniture relocation, and backdrop setup. Note: Studio personnel are not to be used as personal assistants during your sessions. CYCLORAMA TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Condition of the Cyclorama: The cyclorama is provided "as is." While we clean and steam the cyclorama floor after every rental, minor scuff marks or signs of prior use may be present from other renters throughout the day. Repainting the Cyclorama: Repainting is available for $50 and can only be offered for the first rental of the day or full-day rentals. If required for later rentals, an additional 2.5 hours must be booked to accommodate the painting and drying process. Use of Shoe Covers: All participants must wear shoe covers while on the cyclorama floor to maintain its cleanliness. Shoe covers are provided as part of your rental. Avoiding the Curve: Stepping on the curved section of the cyclorama is strictly prohibited to preserve its integrity. Clients must ensure all participants comply with this restriction. By booking our space, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Failure to comply may result in additional fees or restrictions on future bookings.
