This sun-filled, modern home is the perfect space for your production needs. The space has high ceilings, modern design, streaming light. Get some fresh air on the entertainment-sized covered outdoor deck with fireplace. The open, 1200 sq ft main floor contains the kitchen, living and dining areas and a half bath. The kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner gas stove with fume hood and oven, an automatic espresso maker, and all the other typical appliances such as refrigerator and dishwasher. The living room has a gas fireplace and couches and ottomans that can be rearranged as needed. The driveway and garage may be used as needed for staging. Walkthroughs scheduled with the host prior to events/shoots are 15 minutes. If a walkthrough exceeds 15 minutes, the guest will be charged in 30 minutes increments.
