You have the whole 3 acres and the whole house to yourselves, with the exception of the extra guest wing. Note: Cell phone data (recommend using wi-fi calling) will be very spotty on our part of Whidbey Island - don't expect cell service unless you drive to town 1 mile, though wifi on the property works well. Whidbey Island is only one-and-a-half hours from Seattle by ferry.
