Built inside a full indoor basketball court, the space blends industrial charm with flexible functionality—perfect for everything from corporate off-sites and networking events to birthday parties, brand activations, content shoots, and more. Inside, you'll find: A full basketball/pickleball court (can remain open or be transformed into a seated or lounge setup) A 150" LED video wall and surround sound system, plus Apple TV with live sports and streaming A unique shipping container bar with seating for 5 and a second-floor loft above it Golf simulator, ping pong table, multiple lounge areas, and four additional TVs High ceilings, concrete floors, and garage-style doors that open for fresh air, loading in/out or food truck access The space includes access to bar equipment, two refrigerators, an ice machine, and restrooms. Tables, chairs, and event support are available upon request. Outside vendors, BYOB, and food trucks are welcome.
