One larger space that has a baby grand piano, small seating area and open space to move around in. Smaller waiting area in the front with couch and barstools. Both spaces are connected (no wall) but have a half wall that creates privacy between the two spaces. Private bathroom, lots of parking and a chill vibe. Space is well suited for single performers or small duo/trio to rehearse. Also useful for recording (evening times work best after other businesses have closed) audio and video. Currently used as a voice studio, it could be used for other types of music lessons, acting lessons, tutoring, therapy sessions, etc. There is only one entrance to the space and it is not shared with any other business. Large window in the front is nice for natural light.
