Beautiful apartment with incredible natural light from morning till dusk! Furniture can be moved around for different looks. Perfect for photo shoots, music videos, and films! Outdoor space accessed through the window. Can be used as a shooting location. 2nd floor above a deli, so you don't have to go to far for snacks, food, and beverages. Please note: Time reflects load in and out. Space MUST be cleared and RESET by end of booking or overtime charges will incur. OT begins 5 minutes after booking ends and is charged @ 1.5 booking rate. OT is also charged by the hour. Bookings begin at booked time - Early arrivals will be charged upon arrival - Late arrivals will be charged $50 late fee + OT - Booking will not be adjusted without prior approval. Clients booking with more than 2 participants must provide their own paper products for bathrooms. Production crews must supply and wear shoe protection while in the space. No unprotected shoes are permitted without prior approval. Stands and equipment must have floor protection - Tennis balls or Cardboard. No Equipment or stands are permitted on the wood floors without protection. Space must be reset to exactly the way it was found. Moving any and all contents must have permission and supervision. Almost anything can be moved in the apartment. Large pieces and furniture need to be moved by someone in house with Dream Beings INC - Or under supervision. Moving large pieces of furniture and rooms will incur an extra charge and must retain prior approval for rate. You can request full room moves and setting prior to your shoot, and we will set the apartment in the configuration you want for an extra fee of $100 This includes use of linens and prop extra’s - List upon request. The space configuration changes often, please schedule a scout or request specific rooms, or set ups for your shoot. Extension cords, Steamers, LED Panels, Backdrops, Seamless drops are also available at an extra cost in our add on section. If you are using the bed for any reason you must supply your own linens, or request linens at an extra charge. This includes (Just sitting) If you wish to use the bed as staging for cases or equipment - You must request permission we will cover the bed to protect it. There is only 1 bedroom in this space - And the other “Bedroom” is an office” Please schedule a scout for re configuration.
