This Content Creation Space is ideal for photoshoots, podcasts, video recordings, and other productions. The layout is a commercial space filled with an abundance of natural light, and decorative lamps for more controlled lighting to create dramatic effects. Windows have faux wood blinds (no blackout panels). What makes this space unique is each corner has a creative theme, providing multiple background options including our "vintage corner" and other creative/artistic backgrounds. Each item was curated and selected by our Creative Director with the goal of offering customizable looks for each person using the space. Are you recording content for the upcoming holiday season? We have seasonal decor available or on-site all year. So if you’re creating Christmas content in July, or taking fall photos in the spring, we have what you need to create the perfect holiday scene for your video and photography content. Amenities include Wifi, Chromecast, Monitor and Sonos Sound, and Temperature Control.

Our space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities. Our office and common areas are cleaned weekly by a professional cleaning company and is cleaned/disinfected at the start and end of each work day. Special care is taken to disinfect surfaces before guests arrived, and cleaned again after they've left. Our cleaning process includes using disinfectant wipes, sprays, and cleaners to clean/disinfect surfaces and spaces.
