Classic century home modernized with luxury finishes. There are original vintage pieces mixed in with modern furnishes/technology. I've also included Moderna, a modern chic suite and Classico, a more classical studio suite in the basement. You will have the whole house to yourselves, with some areas blocked off with my personal items as this is my home. Most of the house is reserved for you! In a quiet residential area, this place is ideal for those that would like a nice, clean and relaxing place to book while also exploring Niagara Falls. Several attractions are ~ 5 min drive. Clifton Hills ~ 25min walk. Some walk to the Falls! HEALTH & SAFETY: Please follow all local rules and regulations regarding COVID-19. SECURITY: Please note there are active surveillance security cameras around the exterior of the property. No visibility into the home! :) PARKING: 3 cars back-to-back on driveway.
