The home boasts an open kitchen, dining and living room area with original windows and floors. A large outdoor deck runs the length of the house with both a dining table and outdoor lounge chairs. The home backs up to a wooded area with a creek and has plenty of space for outdoor activities. The available areas include: * Living room with couch, vintage fireplace, and wall mounted screen * Corner desk with additional monitor * Full open kitchen with built-in bar seating for 5 * Indoor dining table for 6 * Outdoor dining table for 10 * Patio with 2 outdoor lounge chairs and side table * Bathroom with double sinks, funky tile, red lighting, and clawfoot tub * Tree house Add ons: * Access to dressing room with clothing rack (optional) * Access to bedroom (optional) * Coffee/tea/pastry service Please ask me any questions on how I may be able to accommodate your group.
