I'm a spacious outdoor oasis with a lush private garden that is perfect for any and all things wedding, events, parties, classes and workshops. The 2500 square feet contains 4 levels with outdoor seating on 3 of the levels and a large multi grass area for use. On the lower level there is a self serve bar and dining area. This space is perfect for anyone who is looking for an intimate and inviting space to be used during the day or night. Bar Area is set up as self serve. Add-on amenities include glassware, plates, utensils and ice machine. Seating Areas include 3 patio sofa's, mutiple side tables, eating table with chairs that fit 6, benches located around the property, lounge chairs, daybed and umbrellas. The furniture layout can be moved to suit your event. Maximum occupancy is 50 guest The space comes equipped with: Outdoor Speakers Wood Fireplace Gas Patio Heaters Wifi Ice Machine (add on) Large outdoor screen and projector (add on) 2-person Inferred Sauna (add on) There are multiple outlets located around the property. If you're looking for a private, inviting space for you and your guest I hope you consider this space. Trash/recycling removal is included with the rental. Refreshments and any decor not list is not included with rental. You are welcome to bring in anything additional you would like. I'm happy to provide referrals for decor, flowers, food/refreshment vendors and bathroom vendor.
