Über Task Up

This listing is for our open Event Space. The space is a block away from Rittenhouse Square park. Space has a couple of bar top tables and two sofas. It is ideal for social meetings, photoshoots, etc. RULES & DISCLAIMER: • 3-hour booking minimum. • After-hours bookings only (Weekdays: 5pm-10pm + weekends). •No smoking inside. •Outside catering is allowed, but eating is allowed only at the bar tables. •$200 deposit required, $200 fine if food is consumed on the sofa. We require government-issued ID for submission, an email address, and a guest list for first-time guests. Your Reservation Includes: Your reservation includes access to your reserved space, high-speed Wi-Fi, coffee/tea/filtered water, a kitchenette with fridge & microwave, and light snacks. Outside Catering: Outside catering is allowed - we will provide one large trash bag for catering disposal. Each additional bag, when required, is $10. Hospitality Partners: We partner with local small businesses for both catering and hospitality needs. We currently partner with the Sonesta Hotel. Guests who book with us receive a 15% discount per reservation. Inquire for more information. Amenities:  • Available private phone booth • Modern kitchenette • Coffee • Microwave • High-speed internet Production-type reservations limited to (up to Task Up's discretion): •Documentaries (without music) •Interviews (without music) • Podcasts (without music) **Other production activities must be approved by host** Examples of prohibited productions (not limited to, up to Task Up's discretion): •21+ scenes •Dancing on furniture •Music Videos **Other production activities must be approved by host** Extra Charges May Occur If: •Overcapacity without prior approval - $30/person regardless of time stayed •Moving of stationary furniture •Overstay without prior approval - charged at half-hour increments We're Task Up - an office share in Philadelphia. We provide co-working, event, and office spaces to the general public. We're glad to host you! We curate networking opportunities, connecting you with like-minded entrepreneurs, and set the ambiance for a picture-perfect workday. Your Reservation: Your reservation includes access to the entire Lounge Area with Bar tables and Sofas. Other Services:  Freelance bar, dedicated desk, private office, conference room, event space, virtual mail.
