Stunning Luxury Barn Grade II Conversion surrounded pastureland and set within a model farm that has Grade II Listed status as all the original buildings remain in situ. This Barn is the former Bull Pen and Granary that dates back to the 18th Century. It has fantastic light, Vast Vaulted Ceilings (the acoustics are Brill) and a 75K Mark Wilkinson Arts & Crafts Kitchen with beautiful granite surfaces with large French that open out onto the South West Facing Patio, has a six seater Hot Tub, overlooks fields and a beautiful sunset and pastureland. In addition, the property features 2 bathrooms an open plan kitchen living area and measures 1450 square feet. It's light with high ceilings giving a variety of filming/photo shoot a fantastic backdrop and of course we can help with weddings and meeting product launches also. There is ample free street parking outside and of course the horses, Duke (the Lama) and our dogs (re-homes from Newbury Dogs Trust) would love to meet you too. Please note there are several and a variety of locations on the farm and we would love the opportunity to help you with your project
