Iconic DTLA Penthouse w/ Patio and Million Dollar View This one-of-a-kind Historic DTLA penthouse is a “must see” location for you next photo shoot, film production, business outing, or private event.  With its majestic 22 ft. high custom painted vaulted ceilings, and sweeping 1500 sq. ft. rooftop patio with breathless views of Downtown LA that only few get to enjoy, this location will surely elevate your next production or event.   The space comes already furnished, with access to 1.5 bathrooms, and additional space that can be used as a green room.  The kitchen is also available upon request.  There is no smoking inside, and guests are required to remove all trash at the end of the event or production.  Parking is available at several garages less than a half a block away.  Our maximum occupancy is 45 people.  Music is allowed outside on the patio until 11PM, and inside until 2AM.  All bookings require a refundable $500 security deposit to cover any damages or overages.  Security deposits are refunded within 48 hours.   Book now!
