Our space is perfect for the privacy of remote work, small meetings with up to 5 individuals, product or service launches, online businesses who need a place for pick-up. A quiet haven for writers and authors. Also makes a great spot for podcasting and streaming online shows. The space has 2 windows for natural light, a large ring/round light for online shows, a Kurig for coffee or tea and a small refrigerator. Also a Wi-fi and a printer. The space allows of moving furniture or adding table and chairs if this layout is needed. There is also a 36 inch monitor which can be hooked up to your computer for presentations etc. A heater or fan is available to help with your personal temperature needs. There is also shared restroom directly outside the office. Lastly, there are handwash and other safety items located in the office for you and your guests needs to keep everyone safe during this time of COVID.

I sanitize all areas including soft cloth furniture before you come to lease the space. I also wipe down all tables, handles, and other areas like TV, coffee space and small refrigerator. I also leave gloves, wipes and masks for your use.
