About the Space Welcome to CREATE & MEET Studios—a modern, lux-inspired creative space designed to bring your vision to life. When designing this 1,200 sq. ft. photo and video studio in Laguna Niguel, we wanted to create more than just a backdrop—we wanted to offer a space where creativity thrives and feels like your own. Conveniently located between LA and San Diego, with quick access to the 5 freeway, our studio is surrounded by great restaurants, live music, and the iconic Mission. Our studio is not only perfect for photo and video shoots, but also ideal for small workshops, Yoga, sound baths, events, co-working, meetings, and creative brainstorming sessions fueled by good coffee and fresh ideas. Studio Features We’ve curated multiple versatile sets with stylish, interchangeable furniture and props to provide endless creative possibilities. While we don’t have a cove or cyclorama, we offer 4ft and 12ft seamless paper backdrops in a variety of colors. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is $35, PET FEE $50. although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
