This is an event space. The house, very grand and stately, was originally operated as a Tavern and Inn by James Hunter Platt starting in 1827; named the River House. Today there are 3 rentable units on VRBO, and then this event space. The space itself is finished, soundproofed, lots of lighting all dimmable. There is a new bar with 2 fridges, sinks, ice bin etc; the bar is complete. Two separate exits, exit lighting, and state of the art fire detection and suppression. There is a ADA handicapped bath and a men's room with a urinal; so two brand new bathrooms with ventilation in each. Also there is a whole room ventilation system which is very effective in turning over air. 14 Bars stools two sofas two benches a pool table. Comes with stereo and speakers and 65 inch flat screen with full cable; and there is also GB wireless in the space to boot.
