Polo Club Stables Lighted Arena, horse corals and barns This is a full polo club with a huge lighted arena that could have many uses or for parking and staging. Polo office, club house, view decks. Also rows of stables that could also double for racing stables. A mechanical horse in a cage for practice. Chickens, barns, corals and horses stalls. The polo club is adjacent to the Red Barn, a western horse ranch, so both locations can be included in the rental. The red barn contains additional more western style barns and stables. There happens to be a concrete tunnel under a road on the property. Lots of open dirt space for shooting or parking. Very easy to get to, close to freeway and well within studio zone. Plenty of parking.
