Welcome to our production studio/ content house. Lighting, backdrops and furniture is all included in every booking. Sets change, please message us to be sure set is still available. Our space is perfect for your production needs, whether it be for photography, film, podcasting, or even virtual classes! Our versatile, compartmentalized yet airy space can be transformed to fit the unique requirements of your production Need. *PLEASE NOTE* setup and break-down time are included in the hours booked, so please take that into consideration when booking. We have an onsite representative who can be be available per request to welcome you and grant you access to the space. After the booking is accepted, details will be sent about how to access the space 24 hours before the booking starts. STANDARD RENTAL INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING You can use our lights and C-Stands with no extra charges! Please request 48 hours in advance Plus, we provide all the amenities you'll need during your rental, including a makeup/hair station, fridge, Wi-Fi and microwave. We've got you covered! Daylight: Our photo studio, located in a brick row house, benefits from an abundance of natural daylight streaming in through large skylights. This setup provides excellent lighting conditions throughout the day, making it an ideal space for photography. The spaces modern design and extensive use of tonal colors and the overall ambiance creates a bright, inviting atmosphere. Blackout curtains are available to control the light as needed. Parking: We have ample amount on-site parking avallable. Podcasting: You yourself can create the necessary background for any podcasting task on a white background, chromakey or sitting on a comfortable sofa next to bookshelves, or sitting in a cozy red brick atmosphere around velvet curtains. Mix your podcasting with professional and high-quality sound with the addition of photo and video recording content up to live broadcasts. ***Ask to add on our easy-to-manage podcast recording package which allows you to record up to 5 people and be the sound engineer yourself. All you need is to bring a laptop or mini SD card with you.
