Enter our home via the gated circle driveway and through the porte cochère for front door covered access to sweeping cliffside views throughout the entire house. Our modern home is bright and welcoming. We offer a large open kitchen - dining - living area with floor to ceiling glass sliding doors to look out over the pool and cliff at the gently flowing Pedernales River. The two main walls on the cliffside of the house open wide onto a generous poolside travertine covered patio complete with outdoor grill and dining area. Two fireplaces can be lit easily with a light switch - one in the living area and one in the library. The only room without a view of the water is our three story library complete with spiral staircase to the top where the lookout porch has the bird's eye view of the river and surrounding hill country. The second floor has a grand covered porch with reclining area and 80" TV. This space also has a full open view of the cliffside and river and is tiled as an indoor space on the outside. There is a rustic boat dock at the bottom of the 75' cliff and a hidden walk-in cave and sometimes (after it rains) waterfall that is completely natural. Wifi is available throughout the house, office and boat dock. Which space will be right for your photo shoot, video session or private event? You decide!

Space is cleaned and disinfected between events to ensure optimal comfort and enjoyment for all guests. Plan to include set-up and tear-down time in your rental. Renters are expected to clear and dispose of any/all food and drinks, decorations and trash resulting from their event.
