This space is perfect for your small gathering, celebration, photoshoot, small productions, as well as meeting and co-working spaces. Previous celebrations included a personal chef, engagement, bridal proposal, art showing, intimate birthday brunches, and curated picnics. This space is the perfect place to execute your vision. Bring in decor, set up a mimosa bar, have a launch or small networking event. It includes completely open concept dining and living areas which flow into a gorgeous, bright white kitchen with stainless steel appliances and open bar area. Features include flat screen TV, WIFI, AC/Heating and more. Street parking is available, as well as a parking pad for two smaller vehicles with street level access. Along with the first floor and 300 square foot fenced outdoor area two bathrooms are available. There is storage space in the basement as needed. Security/Recording: The home has an outside front door camera that is activated by movement or ringing the doorbell, as well as a rear outside camera facing the parking pad/alley that is motion activated.
