Our space is an authentic martial arts gym, where we train in the disciplines of: Muay Thai, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, and MMA. A perfect space for video shoots or photo shoots on location, to be used as a dance studio, or a fitness studio. Our space has an open floor plan, with 2 distinguished 'studios'. - Studio 1: A substantial mat space of 184 square metres, which also features a boxing ring and is fully equipped for training purposes. - Studio 2: A mat space of 96 square metres (about half of studio 1), and fully equipped for training purposes. We also feature a weights and cardio area, a great space for added strength and condition purposes. The space is 110 square metres, and throws a garage-gym vibe, yet extensive and fit for purpose.

We are a martial arts gym with high foot traffic, and therefore have stringent cleaning protocol to keep our members, guests, staff, and volunteers safe and healthy. Our facility is cleaned daily, including disinfecting of all equipment and mats are. Members and guests are encouraged to bring their own gloves for training, as we do not provide communal gloves for hygiene reasons.
