Use the property as a film or photography location, house actors, directors, producers, executives or athletes, accommodate extended family or support staff such as nannies and assistants, or utilize the separate Liberty Suite for talent, crew, hair & makeup, wardrobe, production offices or additional accommodations. Built in 2021, the residence offers multiple distinctive indoor and outdoor environments capable of creating several looks within one property. The main Penthouse features a dramatic open-concept living space, chef's kitchen with a 10-foot island, premium appliances, wet bar, integrated ceiling speakers and contemporary finishes throughout. A dedicated glass-enclosed office/media room provides additional flexibility for filming, meetings or production use. The oversized primary suite features a king bed, 60-inch television, spa-inspired bath and dramatic 13-foot-wide windows with NYC views. THE LIBERTY SUITE The separate private-entry one-bedroom, one-bath apartment provides production companies with another valuable layer of flexibility. Use it for talent accommodations, producers, assistants, extended family, nannies, wardrobe, hair and makeup, production coordination or simply as a private space away from the main residence. This ability to combine accommodations, production support and filming environments at one location makes Liberty Park House particularly well suited for productions working on extended schedules in the New York/New Jersey market. VENUE BUYOUT (12 hours) starts at $12k or $20K Per Day (24 hours) depending on the number of attendees. All hours must be accounted for and include set up and breakdown. *** Please note that our rates are non-negotiable, and we do not offer discounts. However, for major film and television, we are open to discussing customized proposals. *** TALENT & CREW SUITE: When available, we offer a 500-square-foot, one-bedroom, one-bathroom suite with a fully equipped kitchen located on-site. inquire for more details. *** Last-minute bookings may be accommodated. We prefer a minimum of 48 hours notice. *** A site representative is required for all bookings. The starting rate for a site representative is $400 for every 4 hours up to 8 hours. After 8 hours $250/hour. *** A nominal $2,500 deposit is required to secure your booking made 29 days or less before the scheduled date, the deposit becomes NON-REFUNDABLE should you cancel. Deposit can be made via Venmo, Apple Pay, Zelle, CashApp, or by certified bank check. FILM, TELEVISION & COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION Advertised monthly rates are standard accommodation rates and do not apply to film, television, photography, commercial shoots, branded content, special events or other production-related bookings. Production rates are customized based on the scope of the project, number of production days, crew size, hours, areas of the property required and overall production needs.
