1908 Heritage House With Amazing Views

This house was barged to the location in 1994 from Victoria where it once existed as a Methodist Parsonage. Major renovations were completed along with considerable landscaping incorporating domestic and imported tree varieties when she came to rest on a 1 acre lot. The house is grand with original stained glass windows and a butler staircase not to mention the deck which gives it a WOW factor. I have recently refreshed the interior with period paint colors and extensive renovations to the kitchen and bathrooms. The house layout consists of 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms on the upstairs level. The main floor has a kitchen with two pantries, living room, parlor, study, dining room, grand foyer with staircase, and a half bathroom.
