This extraordinary home is located in Franklin, TN, one of the best vacation spots, with downtown Nashville only 20-30 minutes away. This fully-furnished house and a guest cabin features 7 separate, spacious bedrooms, 5 of them have king-beds with attached bathrooms, a 6th bedroom with 3 single beds. We have a fully-equipped kitchen and can overall sleep 16 people. Also included in our nightly rate is our Cabin Guest house with 1 King Bed, full-bath, kitchenette and a living room. Our house is situated in 41 acres of natural beauty and walking trails. It has a gorgeous, heated ( included in nightly rate), infinity pool as well as an OUTDOOR MOVIE THEATER where you can play contents from any device. Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as downtown Franklin and Nashville only minutes away. For kids there is a separate guest house with one bedroom and bathroom ( included in the rental ). We do not allow any event hosting at our property at this point, we are awaiting a license to host an event and as soon that is available, we will update everyone. We have updated a lot of features on our property, including pool heating, extra color changing lights in and around the pool, redone pool edges and basin, newly painted exterior, new furniture and added Premium Coffee makers and kitchen utensils which suits high end kitchen. Our pond has been updated, fishing is allowed and we added more species of fish. We have hired a company to manage our indoor and outdoor theater, and added more features to our AV system. All windows now has mesh screens to avoid insects from coming in when windows are open. We have also hired a new, larger Pest Control company.
