My outdoor space has lots of square footage with outdoor string lights for night events. There is plenty of concrete and standing room and it hosts a black charcoal grill outdoor and bench/seat and table set. There is also a stainless steel bench as an extra seating option. Included with the rental are two medium sized banquet tables (14 people can sit when combined), and an on-site manager throughout the event. Note: You will have access to one indoor bathroom, but the inside of the house/kitchen area is not available for guest to mingle. Only the host of your event or designated prep cook will be allowed to use the oven for warming up food that has already been prepared. Die Gäste können ihre Buchung bis 30 Tage vor Beginn des Events stornieren und erhalten den vollen Buchungspreis (einschließlich aller Gebühren) zurück. Die Gäste können ihre Buchung zwischen 30 und 7 Tage vor Beginn des Events stornieren und erhalten 50 % des Buchungspreises (ohne Gebühren) zurück.
