Mehr über die Räumlichkeit
The house is semi detached and the whole space is 267 Squ meters, with 2. 5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a big lounge/kitchen/dining area. There is a good feeling of space and light, contemporary furnishings and art. The space would suit photo shoots, tv commercials, a lunch or dinner for 10. Would also be suitable for meetings.
As you enter there is a large front courtyard, a back garden and downstairs studio currently set up as an office, so there are a number off space options to be had on the one property.
As we are halfway between Coogee and Clovelly there are numerous dining and cafe options nearby for catering requirements.
